Asiatische Nudelpfannen können nach Lust und Laune gestaltet werden. In unserer Variante mit Pilzen, Brokkoli und andere leckerem Gemüse, kannst Du ganz einfach eine leckere,asiatische Low Carb und High Protein Nudelpfanne zaubern.

  • Peppers

  • 1 Handful
    Maize
  • 1 Handful
    Soybeans
  • 1
    Spring onions
  • Asian noodles (Shirataki Noodles)
  • Sesame oil
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Worcester sauce
  • 150 ml
    LiveFresh Vegetable broths

Zubereitung

    Wash the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces

    Sauté the vegetables in a hot wok for approx. 5 mins. and then deglaze with vegetable stock.

    Then gradually add the sesame oil, hoisin sauce and Worcester sauce and simmer for a further 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly

    Meanwhile, briefly boil the pasta, rinse and set aside

    As soon as the vegetables are ready, fold in the pasta

    Finally, serve on a plate and top with black sesame seeds and spring onions
