    Yogurt

    Boil the risoni in salted water for approx. 9 minutes, drain and leave to cool slightly

    Dice the mango, slice or dice the cucumber, cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces

    Mash the avocado with lemon juice, season → should be creamy but still slightly chunky

  • 4

    Mix all the ingredients for the honey and mustard dip until it is creamy. The taste should be slightly spicy and fresh

  • 5

    Place the risoni in the bowl as a base, top with the edamame, mango, cucumber and salmon, add the guacamole

  • 6

    Top with honey and mustard dip or serve separately
