Den Trend der Smashed Potatoes kennt wohl jeder und auch dieSmashed Carrots waren eine Zeit lang überall zu sehen. Heute zeigen wir Dir eine neue Variante: der Smashed Brokolli - die wohl leckerste Variante um an Ballaststoffe zu kommen! 

Zutaten

    Broccoli
  • 2 tablespoon
    Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika powder to taste

Zubereitung

    First wash the broccoli, cut off the stalk and divide into small florets

  • 2

    Now bring the water to the boil in a large pan and add the broccoli. Steam the broccoli for about 5-7 minutes until it is tender but still firm to the bite

    Then remove the steamed broccoli from the pan and drain. Place the broccoli on a baking tray and use a fork or potato masher to carefully mash the broccoli florets

    Now add olive oil, salt and paprika powder to taste and mix well

    Bake the broccoli at 200°C for approx. 30 mins. until golden brown
