    Cauliflower
  • 4
    Eggs
  • 4 TBSP.
    Coconut flour
  • 1 TSP
    Oreganos
  • 1 pinch
    Salts
  • 2 TBSP.
    Olive oils
  • 250 ml
    Tomatoes
  • 1 TSP
    Thyme
  • Pepper
  • 1 waistband
    Rocket
  • 5 Disks
    Parma ham
  • 40 g
    Pine nuts
  • 6
    Tomatoes

Zubereitung

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    Wash the cauliflower and remove the stalk and leaves.

  • 3

    Chop the cauliflower florets (using a food processor if possible) until they are about the size of grains of rice.

    Then mix the cauliflower mixture with the eggs, coconut flour, oregano and a pinch of salt.

    Brush a baking tray lined with baking paper with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

    Then spread the cauliflower mixture evenly over the baking tray and brush the edges of the mixture with another tablespoon of olive oil.

    Place the cauliflower pizza base in the preheated oven for approx. 15-20 minutes.

    Mix the strained tomatoes with the oregano, thyme, salt and pepper and spread the sauce evenly over the pizza base (after the base has been baked for 15-20 minutes).

    Put the pizza, including the tomato sauce, back in the oven for another 3-5 minutes.

    Take the pizza out of the oven (careful, it's hot!) and top it with rocket, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts after Parma ham.
