Du suchst nach einem einfachen und trotzdem leckeren Low Carb Rezept? Wir haben für Dich eine Low Carb Wrap Variation vorbereitet, die Du schnell selbst zubereiten kannst und für die Du nur wenige Zutaten brauchst. Los geht's!

Du kannst den Wrap natürlich auch mit anderen Zutaten füllen, ganz nach Deinem Geschmack. Achte aber darauf, dass auch die Füllung Low Carb ist und verwende nur erlaubte Lebensmittel. 

Zutaten

2 Portionen
  • 250 g
    Mozzarellas
  • 2
    Eggs
  • 2.5 TBSP.
    Cream cheese
  • 1 TBSP.
    Natural yogurt
  • Chives
  • Parsley
  • Salt & pepper
  • 6 pc
    Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Disks
    Ham
  • Rocket

Spoon
Mix the ingredients together and season the quark well with salt and pepper. If the quark is too firm, you can add a little more natural yoghurt.

Zubereitung

    Preheat the oven to 160°C top/bottom heat.

    Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and place in a blender with the eggs. Blend until the mixture is nice and runny and contains no chunks.

    Now spread the dough evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Try to spread the dough so that it forms a rectangle.

    Place the dough in the oven for 10-15 minutes so that it sets and browns slightly. Then take the finished wrap dough out of the oven and leave to cool slightly.

    Prepare a herb quark for the filling.

    Chop the fresh chives and parsley into very small pieces. Place the cream cheese in a bowl with the natural yoghurt and chopped herbs.

    Now spread the cooled wrap with the herb quark. Then top with ham, rocket and quartered cherry tomatoes. Season the wrap with salt and pepper to taste.

    Finally, roll up the wrap and you're done! Enjoy your meal!
