Der Ballaststoffdrink mit 7,5 g Ballaststoffen pro Flasche
Daily Balance ist ein trinkfertiger Ballaststoffdrink auf Fruchtbasis. Jede 250-ml-Flasche enthält 7,5 g Ballaststoffe aus drei pflanzlichen Quellen, 80 bis 90 kcal und 120 mg Calcium. Der Drink wird kaltgepresst¹, kommt ohne Süßungsmittel und ohne Zuckerzusatz⁶ aus und ist in drei Sorten erhältlich: Wassermelone, Orange-Maracuja und Red Berry.
Anders als Ballaststoffpulver musst Du nichts abmessen oder anrühren. Flasche öffnen, trinken, fertig. Das macht den Ballaststoffdrink zu einer einfachen Ergänzung für alle, die im Alltag mehr ballaststoffreiche Lebensmittel einbauen möchten.
Ballaststoffe zum Trinken: warum überhaupt?
Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung empfiehlt Erwachsenen rund 30 g Ballaststoffe pro Tag. Laut Nationaler Verzehrsstudie II erreichen 75 % der Frauen und 68 % der Männer diesen Wert nicht⁵. Die Lücke entsteht meist nicht aus fehlendem Wissen, sondern im Alltag: Hülsenfrüchte, Vollkorn und Gemüse brauchen Zeit, Planung und Zubereitung.
Ein Ballaststoff-Getränk setzt genau dort an. Eine Flasche Daily Balance liefert ein Viertel der empfohlenen Tagesmenge, in einer Form, die in jede Tasche passt. Sie ergänzt eine abwechslungsreiche Ernährung, ersetzt aber keine ballaststoffreichen Mahlzeiten.
Welche Ballaststoffe stecken im Drink?
Daily Balance kombiniert drei lösliche Ballaststoffe:
- ✔ Lösliche Maisfaser: ein Ballaststoff aus Maisstärke, geschmacksneutral und vollständig löslich
- ✔ Akazienfaser: gewonnen aus dem Harz der Akazie, auch als Gummi arabicum bekannt
- ✔ Lösliche Tapiokafaser: ein Ballaststoff aus der Maniokwurzel
Lösliche Ballaststoffe lösen sich in Wasser auf. Die drei Fasern im Drink bilden dabei kaum ein Gel, deshalb bleibt er flüssig und fein, statt dickflüssig zu werden wie bei stark gelbildenden Ballaststoffen, etwa Flohsamenschalen. Die Kombination aus drei Quellen wurde von unserer Ernährungsexpertin Dr. Ulrike Fischer entwickelt.

Ballaststoffe zum Trinken gibt es in drei Formen. Die Unterschiede liegen weniger in der Menge als in Zubereitung und Zutaten:

Der Unterschied von Daily Balance liegt in der Fruchtbasis: rund ein Drittel Fruchtsaft pro Sorte, kaltgepresst¹ und ohne Süßungsmittel. Wer einen fruchtigen Geschmack ohne künstliche Süße sucht, ist hier richtig. Wer möglichst wenig Kalorien möchte, greift eher zu einer ungesüßten Pulvervariante.

So baust Du den Drink in Deinen Alltag ein
Eine Flasche pro Tag reicht für den Einstieg. Wann Du sie trinkst, ist Geschmackssache: zum Frühstück, als Begleiter zum Mittagessen oder zwischendurch am Nachmittag.
Wenn Du bisher eher wenig Ballaststoffe isst, lohnt sich ein langsamer Start. Beginne mit einer Flasche und trink über den Tag verteilt ausreichend Wasser, denn Ballaststoffe brauchen Flüssigkeit. Die Flasche gehört in den Kühlschrank, weil sie nicht erhitzt, sondern durch Hochdruck haltbar gemacht wird¹.

Wie viel Zucker ist enthalten?
Je nach Sorte 13,8 bis 16,0 g pro Flasche. Zucker wird nicht zugesetzt⁶, der enthaltene Zucker stammt aus den Fruchtsäften. Süßungsmittel sind ebenfalls nicht enthalten.
Wie viele Flaschen kann ich am Tag trinken?
Für den Einstieg empfehlen wir eine Flasche pro Tag. Wenn Du bisher wenig Ballaststoffe isst, gewöhne Dich langsam an eine höhere Zufuhr und trink ausreichend Wasser dazu.
Was ist der Unterschied zu Ballaststoffpulver?
Ballaststoffpulver musst Du abmessen und in Wasser oder Saft einrühren. Daily Balance ist trinkfertig, hat eine feste Portion von 250 ml und eine Fruchtsaftbasis. Dafür braucht der Drink Kühlung, während Pulver trocken gelagert wird.
