Mit einer cremigen Quark-Apfel-Füllung, verfeinert mit Zimt und Mandeln, kommen sie außen goldbraun und crunchy aus dem Ofen – und das bei nur 110 kcal pro Stück! ✨

    Agave syrup

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C fan. Line the baking tray with baking paper and lightly grease or spray with cooking spray.

    Mix the filling: Mix the diced apple with the quark, agave syrup, cinnamon, almonds and optional vanilla/lemon. The mixture should be nice and compact, but not dry.

    Prepare the egg and water mixture: Whisk the egg with 3 tablespoons of water in a shallow bowl until well combined.

    Prepare the rice paper: Dip each rice paper sheet briefly (approx. 5-10 secs) into the egg and water mixture until soft but not too soggy. Place directly on a damp kitchen towel or board.

    Fold the triangles and place directly on the baking paper.

    Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 20-25 minutes until the corners are crispy and golden brown. Turn carefully after approx. 15 minutes for even browning.
